Why is it that even though my partner

has logged out of our joint profile,I

can not log into it?We are both on a

laptop and have single profiles also.

But if either us are on-line this is

blocking access to the other one.Is

this usual?What can we do about resolving this problem.Thanks for your

We have never had that problem. We are both logged onto the site frequently using separate machines.

Have you tried going into file and opening a new windows session and logging on into there ?

Are you trying to use chat? From memory, you can use old chat from different PCs, but new chat is configured to stop this.
