Missing messages

I’ve had this happen a couple of times now where I’ve been chatting and I look at the messages in my sent box to see if they have been read and one will say I’ve received a reply to it however I won’t have one in my inbox.

I was unsure why I would be missing these messages

I agree with the message above. Only in "account" a symbol will appear when an unread message is in the inbox. When you are browsing or chatting you miss out on an alert for inbox messages. A delayed response to a message decreases the change of further communication significantly.

An alert for inbox messages should be visible anywhere on the site not only on "account"
