Cant post in forum from couple account

Hi, I have a couples account FREEDOMatVA that we use to promote events ( only in the appropriate forum) but I cant post in forums from the account now since doing a forgotten password reset. Any ideas what I can do about this? Ive had no notification of why this could be either.

New profiles can't post in forums till after a set time (can't remember but think it's a week or two) maybe a password reset triggers the same waiting time.

You can only use one profile to promote events. If you decide which one you are going to use and strip the other profile back to a members profile you can then ask Admin from the contact button for help
