Fabbed picts

Trying to see how the most fabbed picts pages worker have been lucky enough to make it on them but only lasts for 12 hrs while some have been on longer and had hundreds,thousands of fabs.just curious how it works

No, only the Fabs in the last 12 hours are counted. So for the first 12 hours after you post all Fabs are counted. After 13 hours, the Fabs in the 1st hour are ignored and the ones in hours 2 to 13 are counted, and so on.
