Hi.

I wander if it would be worth adding a screen shot section to the reporting part of the website?

This way it massively deters fake profiles if there is proof such at running an image through a reverse image lookup website. Would assist in shutting fake profiles down quicker..

The other option is to run all images (automatically) through an image website to test the authenticity of the images. I know this MAY cause issues of privacy for some people but wouldn't it be better than fake profiles having them??

It's getting out of hand the number of fake profiles that are on here currently, all thinking that they are going to get loads of pictures off unsuspecting people to have a play with themselves over :/

Anyway. It's just a thought..

You can check yourself if you think an account is fake by using Tineye

I have caught out many a fake profile or even real profiles using copied porn pics to get onto the old hot pics

Unfortunately there will still be fake accounts , ones that add no pics , ones that add fave pics copied from private fb accounts and the like

Fab admin is very responsive when you report , guess they have ways of checking too but some slip through the net

Remember if it seems too good to be true it probably is .....

I find generally that the women and couples who have no pics turn out to be legit with more often than those with 3-7 pics. Obviously you’ve then got the serious swingers with 30+ pics and lots of veris. But I trust a no pic more than a small amount of pics.

Many couple are only men actually, but I think that is more difficult to discover as a fake,

since the pics are maybe real and lot of man profile have pics in couple too.

It wouldn't anyone determined enough would fake them.

I would say the reality is many photos are just not checked when uploaded you only have to look at the cartoons and pictures of toys that are passed to realise this.

And with fake photos even if you include links in the reporting system often friends say nothing has been done weeks later its all a bit disappointing.

Whilst I hold with the phrase if it seems to good to be true etc it works against me to be honest, my profile is totally honest and genuine! However I get rejected because I'm not believed by many. I'm not willing to downplay the truth as that would be lying, so I live in hope there might be someone who isn't cynical.

I have met people off here with no photo verifications or normal verifications and profiles that are quite new, all things that would put some off. I met them as they proved themselves real on live camera and spoke and interacted with me.

Well you will as a good proportion are shy/cautious/married they are not all fakes I would guess a bigger part of them are genuine.

I've reported the same person atleast 5 times this year for fake profiles. He uses models images & the same name. He had the cheeky to report me once for send abuseive messages when I called him out. Its people like this who ruin this site & the reason I have my profile hidden most of the time

You have to stick to the site rules too, it is best just to report these things rather than mail/ abuse the person

Admin/ pic mods already have the option of running a pic through a search if they think it is fake

If people think something is fake about a profile, help Admin by reporting it please, they have things in place to check everything out
