I experienced a similar issue, and I also thought it was the website at first. I purchased a new phone and it wouldn't suggest words that I had used multiple times, like it used to on my old phone. Download "SwiftKey Keyboard" from Google play store and start using that to type. It is fully customisable and all my text word prompts came back instantly. Typing a message takes a fraction of the time now. Try it, you'll love it

Also it can happen if you are using a private browser. Are you looking at the site on the incognito setting of your browser? If so i dont think it learns words there
