So anybody else been noticing these photos on profiles now? Mainly done in jest but seeing some TV's & CD's with only public photo as these. Surely these photos should get rejected no? They are technically not photos of the real people

I don't think anyone uses snapchat to legitimately look like dogs and cartoons. It's a bit of fun. As long as there are still unfiltered photos in the public/friends album then I csnt see the harm in it or why you think yours is a more acceptable way of using such things.

Let's face it, photos should consist of who your going to meet, not a cartoon character for goodness sake.

Sorry lol I have no issue with the animal ears or rosey cheek etc filters.

I should have been more clear in OP

I mean the new gender swapping filter they added, seen a few profiles with just those and idk how they havent been rejected as its not a photo of them anymore no?

Prefer to keep it real, see what a person really looks like, we wouldn’t meet anyone who hadn’t got non filtered pics

"Are you sure, never heard of one of them before and how does it work."

One of the guys I work with took a pic of me yesterday and swapped it into a rather sexy female image.

Going back to the OP's post, we would not meet with someone who had shown a pic we suspected as being along these lines. We would rather see the real person and decide from there.

Wow, that seems hard to believe. But obviously it exists, so how can you tell if someone is using it.

I would think the admins who ok the photos should know they are by their verification photo and reject them, I've had photo's rejected because its unclear if its my own cock or not lol

True, also you can probably tell by their lack of verifications.

Thats just it though, I've noticed verified ones from before this that now have these pics up, just don't think they should be allowed up, its not a picture of that person or any other person lol

Maybe i (hubby) should always use filters, as only my wife's photos get fabbed on our profile haha. The perils of showing the 'real' me hahha.

Well surely anybody they meet would report them if look nothing like their pics, seems a daft thing to do anyway.

I've got one as my profile picture and I don't see how's it's harming anyone?

I'm perfectly honest about it being digitally enhanced and I'm not looking to deceive anyone so what is the problem?

Have I proven to the verification people that I'm real? Yes. Have I proven to them that I'm one of those kinky people that dresses as a woman from time to time? Yes. Will I share real photos of me with people I've become friendly with? Yes.

So once again, I don't see how this harms anyone. There are plenty of people out there that have an abstract photo of a body part, their clothing or simply their genitals. Is that OK too?

Admin have said these pics are not allowed as they change the whole face to not look like the profile holder. Some people may think the people look like that for real and arrange to meet them, that isn't fair

Report any profiles like this please
