Profile changed from single woman to couple automatically?

I just logged in to see that my profile is now a couples profile?

I didn't do anything to change it.

How the hell do I get my profile back to being a woman only?

I'm not part of a couple.

Only admin can change so they mustve had a report from someone, contact them through the contact link
