No we cannot but at least having a timewaster's forum post, it may mean that less people post a new post, least it keeps them occupied

I used to be on this forum that had a Whiners forum. It worked well, but the trouble was it ended up filled with people actually whining.

trouble is, where do you draw the line at timewasting? someone who has a genuine reason for cancelling could end up named and shamed unfairly x
