Chat problems 21st March

Totteridge/Whetstone

Chat was offline from 1.43am to 05:30am this-morning. Apologies to any night-owls affected.

The main chat service had hiccuped and required a restart. The system which should have alerted to this had also failed (for operational reasons) and we're taking steps to ensure this doesn't happen again.

We've added 5 hours to all site supporter passes to apologise and make good.
