Totteridge/Whetstone

Possibly something else accessing your cam. Try shutting everything else down that accesses cam, reboot, try again.

I am having this same issue and still havn't gotten to the bottom of it

I have tried Firefox and IE8 and got the same issue I works in skype and MSN though

I am using my mobile phone as a wireless webcam and I thought that might have been an issue (as you need an MJPEG camera driver installed to emulate a usb webcam) what webcam do you have?

guys for webcams unless its just a plug and play you will probably have to delete drivers for it,if it came with an installation cd,you will have to remove the programme in control panel add/remove,then just run it as plug and play,

had this happen with my microsoft vcam and removed the programmes,it worked fine after that

I'm afraid that's been so well reported as a solution that most people trying to help wouldn't even have offered it as a solution, presuming that you'd already have tried it!

It's a conflict with MSN, re-boot.

Camming on MSN then entering chat causes cans to fail not only here but on other sites too.

Sir
