Does admin ever reply to specific mails? As I have been emailing them with the same issue for four days and just get the same reply as if they haven't read my mails. Even though I am responding to their requests, I feel like I'm banging my head against a brick wall!

To the OP...yes they read every contact and if they can help will send a mail concerning your query. It should give you some answers on it.

They say they replied on the 22nd and the 23th , they may have been missed if you are getting many mails
