Cannot renew supporters doofer by phone?

Our supporters wotsit is due soon, so I thought I renew it by phone again, but there is a recorded message saying "Sorry, this service is unavailable" or something along those lines.... has this option been discontinued?

Sounds like adult blocks are enabled on your phone, might be worth contacting your network about this.

Alternatively we have upgrade by text or card upgrades.
