Male with TG partner

Why is there no male/TG partner, not in fact any combination where one person is transgender.

Can this be sorted please

Is it me...or...do things like geography updates, and couple grouping requests just get ignored.

The site needs an overhaul but the requests of its members are routinely ignored.
