How do I see older messages?

Hi!

We were chatting with a lovely lad a few days ago and exchanging messages, but since that chat we have had loads of messages with other lads and now can't see the original guy's messages because they've dropped off the list!

Am I being thick and not seeing a way of getting to the older messages?

No it is very frustrating.

As far as I'm aware the only way is to delete all the newer messages, which I personally don't want to do, to find older messages.

If you know the username, you could send them a new message and hopefully the message history would still be there if you are a site supporter.

Because of this I actually have an unread message my inbox, it has been there for weeks and will probably always be there.

It is unfortunately just one of the irritating little things that happens.

You need to be a site supporter this allows you to save the message for future viewing in your saved box.

Or go threw your sent box if you never delete anything

Great tip about the sent box..I can never understand why folk, especially single guys..instantly delete massages once read..always best to keep them for a while for future reference..we get this all the time, and we then get a message a few weeks later from them asking the same thing....
