Mods are not allowed to contact members directly in that way - Admin's Rules.

Try scanning the FAQs page, as most questions are covered there.

If there is a 'keyword' to your query, perhaps use the Forum Search facility, to see has it been raised in the past as a thread .. .. ..

Ask for a friend, then everyone understands that you are just trying to help a friend out, by finding the information they want to know.

If someone PMd me a question, I'd do what I could.

Op - if you're unsure if something is wrong, you can report it but add your qualifications /uncertainty
