A lot of people have mentioned time wasters, and rubbish profiles. What about a point system and level you can use for filtering?

Decent profile +2

Sociable chat +2

FS verified +2

Webcam verified +5

Club verified +20

Meet verified +30

Too many dick pictures Temporary: -30 points until resolved

Silhouette ie no pic: -20

No verification of any kind: -50

Reported fake or pic collector(once verified): -100

Rude and disgusting messages(with proof for mods): -5

Only verified ladies and couples rate men.

This would enforce good behavior and allow filtering to more serious swingers early on.
