Hey all, we can’t gain access to our couples account (MrBBMrsLD) The account was hidden and we had logged out for a day and now can’t get back in, but the account is there. We have tried the forgotten password link but it won’t come through on my email account, I have tried contacting admin but not heard any reponse! Any help or advice would be gratefully received xx
