Blocked person able to contact me

So I've got an abusive message currently in my inbox from a member that I've got blocked, that was sent about 40 minutes ago.

I can't reply as they're blocked.

I can't block them as they're blocked.

They are still on the site.

This happens regularly despite it being reported via the contact button numerous times, and it is still happening.

Is this going to be fixed?

You can block them. When you click on the link to their profile and the ‘you can’t view this profile’ message comes up, the menu options to block are still available to you. As is the report function. If you are using fab on your phone the options are in the grey menu button at the top right of the screen.

It sounds as if they are unblocking you, sending a shitty message, then blocking again. If you counterblock you will prevent this happening.

I know how to block someone from that page. That isn't the problem. The issue is they are ALREADY blocked, already in my block list and still able to contact me.

As advised previously, if you send the name of the person you are talking about to Admin from the contact button they will check to see if everything is working as it should. If you don't let them know the name they can't check it for you.
