Since when do fab force you to photo verify to use the site? Mrs has just made a single profile and can't use it til we do this despite paying for supporter status.

Not that it's a long term issue but she can't do this right now and this has always been optional. We'll be contacting the site owners to ask for an extention of her supporter status since she can't use the profile she's paid for

It's not compulsory to photo verify. Perhaps someone reported your profile as not being a couple? If people are genuinely who they say they are on here I don't see what the problem is.

Why would they report us for not being a couple? We are a couple but she is exploring playing alone without me present hence single female profile

Sorted now but she's just a bit miffed at being forced into it before being able to access the site after paying. Not cool fab!
