Cant post a meeting on account

Hello can anyone help. I've a single guys account with photo verification confirmed. But can't post a meeting. I go through the motions and see a meeting confirmed message. When I check back. It's not there.

Have you used the 'CONTACT' facility to ask Admin about this?
