How does picture verified work then, if someone is pic verified, but the pic on his profile is of someonerlse?

Should pic verified be sex verified, as in yes it is male or female ???

Thread of a chap moaning been here a month, no meets, and it was highline that his profile photo is of a famous sports person cropped, gold member and photo verified. ...
