reporting somebody who hides page

how do i do it? theres a page using my friends pictures, but whenever i go on the page the profile is hidden but its not actully them!!

Even on a hidden profile the report button is there.

On the left in blue on the full site.

In the profile menu, top right 3 horizontal lines, on the mobile version.
