Being creative

Is being creative with photos by having a back drop filter against rules.

I've had a photo rejected apparently because it's been copied from the Internet. Surely any pic mod can check properly if a photo has been copied from the Internet rather than just guess because if creative filtering. The mod can also easily check to see the straps are the same used there as with many other photos.

It's frustratingle hard already not to have this and be given possibLe profile suspension which only serves to curb any imagination and creativity by genuine fabbers.

The usual advice given is to leave the rejected picture in your gallery and contact admin to review.

Picture mods are volunteers who deal with thousands of photos human error will occur.

I have and they have accepted the original unfiltered one so hense why I asked advice on here. Just a blanket threat to suspend my account when both pics are there and saying it's copied off the Internet shows they haven't looked but just guessed.

Ok, the above is a link to the photo rules. Does it break any of them?

NOPE. Simply put.

I've left the rejected one there and replied immediately to challenge it. I posted the original without any filtering to make it easy for the pic mods to compare. They accepted the plain unfiltered one but still no reply to my challenge to look and compare it with the so called 'Internet copied' one. Just means I've now used up one of my daily quotas by doing this.

Yes it does.

'We only accept original photos.'

Your filtered pics are not the originals.

So one isn't allowed to use filters on photos?

If that's the case 50 % of photos will need to be removed off fab as most are filter to give b&w or antique, enhanced colours... b&w with a red or blue enhanced object.

May I ask when was this new feature implemented as Ive never seen this raised in 3 yrs on here.
