Region on new public photo's

Apologies if this has been answered before but is it possible to search by region on new public photo's or could the region be added to the page ?

We plan to add some sort of location information to the photos page next time we update that section of the site, so this will happen

Will there be an opt out same as the opt out on fabbing them?

Is there an opt out of putting post codes on a profile too?
