Would it be possible to include couples profiles when you add an age filter?

I'm quite regularly getting messages from couples where one half is way outside my age preference.

A check box to include couples in the filter? An option to go all or nothing?

If you've specifically blocked a Group of people from contacting you by choice based on their age, I don't think the other half of a couple being in the age filter is gonna change much?

Yes I agree with you on this, it would be better if when searching for or being contacted by couples, that both meet age requirements xxx

Surely, as you conduct a Search for likely others, you could tick the box that says 'looking for someone of my age' and that s out those who don't match!

We would like to be able to set different ages for different people,

Ideally we would like to be able to receive messages from single guys up to the age of 28, and messages from couples and ladies with know upper age limit..

but at the mo we get lots of messages from guys older then this because we don’t want to set a limit for couples.. so no choice but to block single guys or just put up with unwanted messages.. unless are we missing something on here??

Seriously don't understand why this isn't programed in. I'd think it has actually been programed out but might be wrong.

This would be handy, Shaz prefers older guys but younger females.

If we put the age filters lower then we get guys send messages far to young.

If we set it higher then Females younger can't message us.

Judging by the code this site is custom written so admin probably just never added the feature.

Our age filter doesn't always work, both people in the couple can be outside our age range yet we still get messages, why is this?

And yet you would be inundated with messages from people you don't wish to have contact from as a result. Meaning longer to reach the messages you do want. But you're not wrong, you can see the age from the messenger so can just instant delete if it's outside of your desired range, lot of hassle though. Though having this option available would save a lot of effort.

If I've understood you correctly OP, you want to set custom age limits per account type

E.g. In settings/ preferences: Couple (m) 32, Couple (f) 35, couple (t) 29, single (m) 28, single (f) 38, single (t) 25.

Kinda what you mean? Good idea tbh and one I would also like to be implemented.
