Dodgy Picture moderators 2

So I'm posting this again as it seems like the answer is to close the thread instead of actually responding. Perhaps I'll get a useful response this time.

So I've had a piece of art OF MYSELF might I add been taken down twice and then I was threatened with suspension if I posted it again. Who or what is actually doing picture moderation as the rules seem to be different for me than other people, especially women. And I say that because my partner has had the SAME pic up and posted with ZERO issue. And the moderators refusing to actually respond to messages doesn't help much any. Is anyone listening and more appropriately, can they resolve the issue so I can post my picture?

I will add, Image Mods don't send messages about your pics, the only people who can/will are ADMIN.
