Message is stuck

Whitefield Manchester

I deleted a message without reading it (a mistake) it's now showing as outstanding & I can't loose the yellow sign saying I have a message

WHAT DO I DO ??? HELP

If its deleted it wouldn’t show . You must have one further down your list and off the page . Try deleting some of your read messages and see if it appears at the bottom

Change your mailbox back to old settings and the message will be there, you will need to delete it for it not to show when you change mailbox back to new settings.

Did my head in until I worked this out
