Problems with payment

So three days ago we sent the word swing off to 79100 and nothing, then at 03:30 this moring we get a text with a PIN code, never had an issue with delayed texts in the past 10 years, they always arrive instantly, so why this one and why now?

Has anyone else had a problem?
