This might have been on before or some variant of this but:

A constant thumbs up or down on a profile that can’t be hidden unlike verifications so people have an idea of what your like for example if a person has multiple thumb down they could be rude etc. But if someone has multiple thumbs up they could be polite etc

I think I’ve done a very poor job at explaining this haha just an idea though

Actually i think i get what your trying to say, but i think it would be to open to abuse. If someone gets rejected they could 'thumbs down' the rejector, when actually they've done nothing wrong.

Also...why is a thumbs up/down any better than the verification system?... i know you said about not being able to hide it, but surely thats the individuals choice. Some dont like others seeing who they've met before, its their private life, do their choice.

A thumbs up or thumbs down could mean anything on a wide scale. A tally for no-shows or shows would be most helpful...

This works on reddit as it's (mostly) anonymous posting there. Here you have large groups of people who know each other, so it would be way easier to game the system.

Even if people get a polite reply explaining they're not quite what I'm looking for a lot of them get all huffy and would give a thumbs down. Don't think it's a good idea x
