what is the point we have block peeps with no profile pix block newbes none verified and our age pref yet we still get then, just had a new be over our ahe no pix un verified message wtf

If you're sure you've not winked or messaged this person before, send details of their username to Admin (via contact link at the bottom of the page) and they will investigate why the filters didn't work in this instance.

Have a quick check of their profile (seeing that you are a site supporter). If you can see an envelope or a wink on the left hand side then the message filters won't be effective.

You have probably said "thanks, but no thanks" to them months or weeks ago.... that leaves the message trail open too xx

As per messages above you've almost certainly contacted them before (wink, message).

This isn't just confusing you. We'll see if we can tag a note to the top of any message that bypassed the filters this way to make it more obvious what is happening.
