I live in a bit of a weird area postcode wise.

I live in an M postcode, but am probably closer to more people in the OL or SK postcodes than I am to many within the M area.

Would it be possible rather than having a postcode search to have a 'distance from you' search feature based on the postcode provided by the members profiles ?

I have seen this feature on other sites and found it quite useful in choosing people to contact.

Obviously this depends on those owning the profile providing accurate postcode data !

A proximity search is coming soon and we now ask/record first half of postcode for UK members to facilitiate this...

In meantime try an advanced search which allows you to specify multiple postcodes in one go.
