Filtering out people you have messaged but not had a reply back

I think it would be pretty handy if when setting my filters to search profiles there was a checkbox to remove users I've already contacted but who didn't reply.

I usually put a private note, especially if they read and delete,

Just block them if they've not replied within a week or so. Job done.
