Wrong thumbnails

I'm finding some really odd thumbnail photos on somepnoe's profile, then when I click on them they turn out to be typical notrmal delicious / filthy nudes. Any idea what's up?

All thumbnails I click lead to the same pic. Try clearing your browser cache.
