I have been trying to upograde just by texting the £5 option as I only want the 60 days, it just doesnt work and i have had the adult ban thingy lifted so it isnt that. Strange as I have done it before but got new company now for phone

I had the same problem when I switched phones, so now just top up old phone when time to up grade.

I had a slight issue in the fact that it took ages for the message to come through the last time I upgraded ours.... once it did come through eventually it was fine.
