Grouped email - unread messages

Hello Admin / Site testers

I have one unread message on my grouped emails - but I can’t seem to find it - I deleted old threads up to 2 weeks ago, but it’s not there.

Is there a glitch - I thought I replied to all my messages about a week ago

Alternatively, it may be worth having a unread messages at the top soft filter

Please advise
