I have messaged and messaged through the contact button ref ..Bootylicious profile asking to be allowed to post in forum and have heard nothing...what's a girl to do could admin message me private please!!!

Admin wont contact you privately from a forum post, they will only deal with something like this through the contact link.

If youve contacted them a while ago then they will have reviewed report and if they havent lifted any forum block it could well mean that they are not going to.

If youve contacted them recently you might have to be patient until they get to your report.

Either way its something for the contact link rather than the forums.
