Would it be possible for Premium users to be allowed a 'advanced search' option, which would incorporate a search facility like 'Gender seeking gender' and a 'Sexuality seeking Sexuality' option?

Don't think it would be that hard to arrange as the 'Gender' and 'Sexuality' input boxes are select fields within the Profile form.

Can we have some feedback to this request?

Gender seeking gender already exists doesn't it unless we're mis-reading what you want?

i.e. it looks for someone who *wants to meet* a "man/woman/couple"

Sexuality we intend to do when we next revamp search but it requires some more data about the sex of the account profile e.g. which of the columns on an m/f cpl is the m or f. This requires a bit more work.
