Photo problem.

I had an avatar for a while. Then it was rejected as it said i didn't appear to be in it. But i am in it. Then i was banned from ever uploading any more photos as apparently i had ignored all the previous warnings. Although i had never had a warning for uploading a photo without me in it before. I did as suggested and have left it in my photos and mailed admin. Many many times, but received no answer.

Why?
