I've had a photo rejected today for being too rude for the site - one of my girlfriends has the exact same photo on here, and has had for weeks. Can anyone explain why it's deemed too rude for my profile, yet she is allowed it on hers?

I've seen this happen before with different standards for different people, and to to be honest, the photo is nowhere near as rude as some you see on here anyway.

What was the pic off ? Could be a mistake or could be that a mod has let hers through by mistake .

Fisting. It's not massively explicit, and fisting is one of the listed interests on here so why is a photo of it deemed to be too rude? There are WAY MORE explicit photos on here.

Yeah that will be why , fisting is classed as too rude ...it's to do with laws and policies I think but don't quote me .

That legislation only applies to paid-for videos. It's not illegal to post, or look at photos of fisting.

Just to add to that - I have a photo on my profile which involves choking, which was/is also part of the same legislation that covers the so called 'unacceptable' or dangerous sex acts.

Site owners and some mods I am sure have explained before it's to do with some rules etc that came into place re explicit pictures ....I am sure they might reply to you on here .

Set by admin? Or set by law? I see things like open-vagina/open-ass photos on here all the time, and those are WAY more explicit.

We had a fisting photo removed for being too rude aswell.

Yet ive seen others with fisting photos....

And it seems Pringles containers,

bottles of wine and marrows etc are fine to stick up there.... ?!

Wheres the Logic?!

Not forgetting lynx cans and veg haha some pics do slip through the net thou as they are moderating hundreds of pics a day.

admin obviously have to set the rules to coincide with laws but i am referring to on here

It does seem to lack logic. I would entirely understand if the rule applied to everyone, or it was written in law, but there appears to be a lack of consitency on here when it comes to photos.

Perhaps as mentioned above, it's merely a case of there being so many photos posted, that some slip through the net.

Section 63(7) of the Extreme Pornography act lists a number of extreme acts including:

b) An act which results in or is likely to result in serious injury to a person's anus, breast or genitals; this could include the insertion of sharp objects (although in some circumstances this can be done in a way that is not likely to result in serious injury) or the mutilation of breasts or genitals. It is likely to be difficult to prove that cases of 'fisting' involve images that show activity that is likely to result in serious injury so these cases need to be handled with particular care. Serious injury is not defined in the Act and should be given its ordinary dictionary meaning, being a question of fact for the District Judge or jury.

I would suggest therefore, that fisting is acceptable, especially given the other things you see inserted into vaginas/asses on here

The usual reply to rejected pictures I am told is to leave it in place and contact Admin who will check it. It has to be said though the moderators are human though and errors can occur
