Single to couple profile

I would like to know if there is anyway possible to change a profile from single to a couple or is it necessary to delete the original profile which in my case is a site supporter.

For anything to do with changes to your profile, contact Admin via the contact button bottom of the home page and ask them to look at it for you.

is there any way we can change our profile back to a couple profile we didn't make the change and have no idea why it has been changed

The only way is to ask Admin. use the contact button bottom of the page and ask them to look at it for you.
