I'm concerned about a site that I have enjoyed for a long time becoming outdated and obsolete. I read loads of suggestions , and have made a few in my time! It just doesn't appear that the mods and owners here want to apply any of these. I made a suggestion a few years ago that would make it easier for interracial meets would be easier sought and the site instilled a flimsy version of what was asked for. Others suggest things that make it easier for them to enjoy their own sexual fantasies and it's either ignored or poorly attempted to appease.

Do the site owners actually want to listen to members or will it be like this going forward??

I don't think you read what I have written. Please take time to do so again, then consider if I quoted about my own personal suggestion or also stated that other good ideas seemed to be ignored???

The trouble with feedback is that it's only your perspective and not that of everyone else's.

Site admin get hundreds of suggestions a day and even attempting to implement them all would be laughable. Secondly, the site may not have the functionality to do some of these suggestions, not to mention the update to the mobile site too and the cost for the owners.

If thousands of people suggest the same thing then admin usual try and consider it, if only a few then it will be disregarded..yours may have just been one of those.

As a website admin myself I get hundreds of suggestions each month and the work involved would overtake your other commitments. Plus, those suggestions don't consider implications on other areas of the site... Sometimes we simply don't want to implement the change because the value add is minimal.

As others have mentioned there's also a cost... Time, money, system testing etc. For a free site it's pretty much up there. Yes, there are a couple of areas a little dated but overall fab is bloody good value for money.

There are more expensive paid sites you can go to if you require the functionality you seek...unfortunately OP, I don't think your gonna win this one

Thank you for reading again. I take it that as you've now edited your question you accept that I wasn't saying what you were implying.

As a former regular member at times paying for three profiles (this, ex partner and former couples) payment is not an issue.

I would pay the same as everybody else. I hope that although I am unable to offer you a figure I have shown my intent is not skrimp.

I thank you for your response it is very well put. I accept the cost, time and effort that would go into making changes on a website.

I again reiterate that whilst I raised my own suggestion as an example I also mantioned that other users also have had great ideas that seemed to go under the radar. I suppose the positive reaction from forums like this in regards to these good ideas is only a small percentage of what site admin must take into consideration.

Also excuse me as I have not considered the site to be free for a while as I have regularly paid for my site supporter status until recently. As it is a donation I have ceased doing so.

I wouldn't like to presume if you are actively moderating this site, however, it is concerning as you appear to be in agreement that the site is falling behind others. I've heard the calls for anybody to openly say this to leave the site and your response eludes the same message. However, does this address the issue we both agree on? I know I'm not the only person to pay to support the site, yet wonder if the site would update itself if others refrained from supporting the decline of a formerly first rate site.

Your last point about winning or losing this debate; this is not the aim of my post. I speak out as this is like watching my favourite pub be turned into a WI meeting place. Bring the vibe back. Reduce the amount of unwanted spam mails by connecting people that want to be connected. Listen to your audience many services operate a you said, we did policy.

What was your suggestion? We've said it before and we'll say it again. We read all posts to this forum (as well as the suggestions we get through other channels). It all forms part of our thinking for changes.

For me fab works how I want it to but tbf I'm not all that active on the meeting for sex side of things.

The only new thing I would like to see would be allowing us to put pics in the treads on the forum. Cos often we are chatting about stuff say the weather for instance n it would be cool to pop a pic on the thread.
