I've noticed a few "new" posts in the South East region recently with "send number " as status. These have all ended up with directions to other message sites and/or demands for money. Can admin not police the use of a swinging site and eliminate those users who are clearly here for financial gain?

Yes

Admin have a few things in place to deal with spammers/scammers, but if you see any and have time to, report them and they will be dealt with
