Asking for money

We al know asking for money is against site rules right?

Report the user they say!

So i did... And the user is still on site 12 hrs later.

Admin can see the mail still in my mailbox so why does the site admins allow this to continue?

It can take up to 48 hours for us to review reports so it's probably not been reviewed yet.
