Up until yesterday we had a couple's profile with around 15 verifications from meets as a couple, now our profile has been changed to a single man's profile and all the pictures of my wife have been removed/marked as "rejected". What's going on?

You still have a couples profile and lots of pics. Unless this isn't the profile you were talking about.
