can anyone help please, I have a Macbook, and don't know how to go on cam ......... has something changed as not had an issue before

Same here on our Mac when we tried to go on last night. In the top right hand corner where our cam usually is displayed there is some test about being able to watch the cams without flash, but we can't show our cam.

Is fab being all anti Mac?

Happened to me using a Windows laptop you are probably using chrome to access fab

That's the issue, if you use Microsoft edge it works fine ...hope this helps

Never mind. for some reason had to change the flash camera setting in Chrome to "always allow" rather than "ask for permission" to access the cam. Some thing must have changed in chat.

Works ok now though.

Having same issue with Windows7, have changed setting to 'always allow in Chrome and also added this site to 'exceptions but still won't show option to allow cam. Any other ideas please.

I have tried various micro soft edge, google crome and fire fox and it will still not let me use my cam since the new chat has been working unable to use my Cam using windows 10 even downloaded Adobe flash player and still wont work does anyone know a fix for this problem many thanks in advance

go to safari then preferences then security, tick enable javascript, tick allow plug-ins, plug in settings, tick adobe flash player make sure fab is in the box on the right, hopefully that will get it on
