The first answer will be the case 99.9% of the time. Other way it would be possible is for them to fab it while in latest pics or hot pics

Do you mean public pics on your profile or new pics?

If new pics then you need to upload it again.

Public pics on profile, go to manage photos and tick the any site member then save.
