Just a quick question, would anybody else on here like a status 'like' button?

Part of me thinks it's a good way to register an interest, if say, you see that someone is heading to a club that you are attending?

Or is this just a bad idea?

Or has this already been discussed?

It's been discussed a few times... You usually get the "this ain't fb crowd" but for me, it would be useful.

I find if I like a status or want to comment I have to private message and the user can get the wrong idea

I'd like the idea. For reasons already given. Those who don't like the idea they can ignore it or switch it off just like fabbing your pics. ..some so allow others don't.

I often find it strange the 'don't want to change it crowd on here'.... its like anything on here you don't have to use the filters or anything you don't want too. I don't use the chat rooms. ..It doesn't mean I'm going to start asking fab to remove them because I don't like them.

Fabbing statuses I think would be a great idea...people would be more creative with them too. Fun to read.

Yes i think this is a good idea. Some people put quite funny/witty statuses which i like!

Good idea but in principal similar to winks - most people will ignore and if you want to indicate you're going to the same club maybe just drop a message?

A 'like' button works well on another site we are on.... but alas this site is not very user friendly..... more a case of... if you don't like it, then f*#k off.
