FabSwingers.com forum: Can we please 'live' in France or Spain

Bergerac, France

We split our time between these countries, as well as visiting the UK for short spells.

This site allows us to 'live' in several countries around the world, but not France or Spain.

The problem for us is that our profile is confusing for others because the header says UK but we have to state clearly that we DON'T live there.

Consequently, single guys who don't read profiles often message us saying the 'distance' box says we are nearby and do we fancy a shag.

We know of lots of couples who live in mainland Europe who also have the same issues.

Would it be possible to add some other countries to choose from when registering a profile...?

Obviously, many people on here don't live in France or Spain, but experience shows that a very high percentage do and we reckon it would allow better searches for those looking for fun when going on holiday.

France and Spain were recently added as forum sections so it would tie in nicely with that.

How about it Admin...?

Would be like fab going global..think of all the new members joining and the extra work..dont think it will happen some how..fab is basically set up as a UK site.

You could try one of the other site which offer a holiday / visiting notification sent to your inbox for people travelling outside the UK.

fab will expand it hasn't asked in years which usually spells death for a media site look at the old myspace or bebo as an example.

however fab has a small but loyal fan base.

How would that happen?

Fab is already international, you can choose to live in one of three continents already. And we don't think this site would turn new members away.

What were suggesting is to allow people to give a more accurate location of their address.

It's a case of just adding a couple more counties to the list.

Thanks for the suggestion of using other sites, we've looked at them but decided they're not for us...

We spend half the year in Spain and we have found that posting on the Spain forum with the dates we are out there does attract some attention so you could do that on the France forum . The scene here is very poor compared to the UK although weve heard France is more a Swinging hotbed than Spain .
