"The other side of the coin is the reviews left by people who clearly "work" at the club. ... leave reviews as if they are a member or an attendee ..... false review in my eyes " Club reviews are generally just nonsense, "best club in the area, fantastic packed night" etc etc written by helpers/workers/supporters of the mentioned club. The mark of a good club is if you go on a quiet night, don't play with anyone and still have a nice time and we've only ever found one like that.

"I think bad reviews should be left alone and not deleted. The only thing I would change is that you couldn't keep reviewing the same club again and again. A club can seem too good to be true in my eyes and it's good to see both sides. " I think staff should not be allowed to put reviews on for the club they work at. It happens alot in the NW and frankly it's cringey. Alot of people don't realise these people are employed by the club, however if you do know then why is the club relying on staff to put up positive reviews? That has a negative affect for me. Yes, these staff may 'socialise' there but the reviews never say they are staff.

This was a bugbear of ours aswell and it gives a false image of the club in question afterall who isn't going to say their club is the best when they are earning money from it.
